报告摘要

本文以2016年执行的《土壤污染防治行动计划》为准自然实验，利用2011-2021年中国上市公司数据构建双重差分模型考察土壤污染治理对企业漂绿行为的影响。结果表明，《土壤污染防治行动计划》的实施显著促进企业漂绿行为的降低，该结论在一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。机制分析显示，该环境政策主要通过缓解管理者短视、提高利益相关方监督及推动企业生产方式向节能减排转型而降低企业漂绿行为。进一步的异质性分析表明，位于绿色金融较为发达、政商环境较好、环境司法监督较强、市场竞争更激烈的企业和产业链下游、机构投资者持股比例更高、生产经营较为多元化的企业漂绿行为显著减少。本研究评估了土壤污染治理的微观经济效果，为防止企业漂绿和发展绿色经济提供了新的经验证据。

为了进一步加强对传统优势学科政治经济学、经济史和经济思想史的研究交流，经济学系开展“双周学术论坛”，邀请经济学系和其他系、所、中心师生介绍前沿科研成果，为广大经济学子打造一个高品质的学术交流平台。论坛研讨方向主要突出政治经济学、经济史和经济思想史，兼容发展经济学与应用微观等方向，立足中国大地，讲好中国故事。

The Economics Biweekly Academic Forum is organized by the department of economics in Xiamen University. This forum mainly discusses the topics in the field of political economics, economic history and history of economic thought, with the aim to strengthen the communication between these traditional disciplines and the state of the art in the literature. This forum invites speakers and research students from various departments, which is a high quality platform for academic communication and research discussion. The forum also provides an excellent stage to tell Chinese economics story with precise academic language and Chinese culture.
